Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 20, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of AgreementLens, operated by Millennial Web3 Group, LLC.

Platform scope

AgreementLens provides automated AI analysis of user-submitted business agreements. The platform does not:

  • Provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice
  • Substitute for a licensed attorney or compliance professional
  • Determine legal validity, enforceability, or regulatory compliance of any agreement
  • Predict outcomes of disputes, negotiations, or regulatory actions
  • Create an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship

All outputs — signability scores, ownership splits, risk classifications, negotiation plans, and draft messages — are informational only.

User responsibilities

  • You own and are legally entitled to upload the content you submit
  • You will not upload content containing illegal material or that violates third-party rights
  • You are solely responsible for how AgreementLens output informs your signing or negotiation decisions
  • You will seek qualified professional advice for high-stakes matters (M&A, securities, regulated healthcare, employment with non-competes, tax structures, etc.)

Subscriptions and pay-per-review

Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Pay-per-review purchases are one-time charges that grant a non-expiring review credit. Refunds for pay-per-review purchases are not available once a credit has been redeemed.

No warranty

AgreementLens is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Millennial Web3 Group makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any analysis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millennial Web3 Group disclaims liability for any decisions made based on AgreementLens output. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
