Privacy Policy

Millennial Web3 Group, LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the AgreementLens platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Account details (name, email, password hash) when you sign up
• Agreement content you upload, paste, or fetch via URL — for analysis only
• Billing information (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers)
• Technical data: IP, browser, device, usage patterns for service operation

How we use your data

Your uploaded agreements are used solely to generate your AgreementLens report. Specifically, we do not:

• Sell, rent, or share your documents with third parties
• Use your documents to train AI models
• Allow humans to read your documents (analysis is automated via the OpenAI API)
• Retain your documents longer than necessary to deliver your service

Security

Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use MongoDB Atlas for the database and NextAuth for authentication. Stripe handles all payment data.

Your rights

You can delete any uploaded agreement and its analysis from your dashboard at any time. You can request full account deletion by emailing support@agreementlens.com.

No professional services

Use of AgreementLens does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, or fiduciary relationship. Output is informational only.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
